Refund Policy

Cancellations will only be accepted online via the View My Order History link provided inside the member area of SGMP TLSCC website. Cancellations must be made by noon on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled monthly meeting or event. Failure to cancel your RSVP will result in a No Show fee. To cancel an RSVP click on View My Order History link. If payment made in advance and cancellation is received by noon the Wednesday prior to the event, a full refund will be issued by check (regardless of the original method of payment) within 7-10 business days of the date of the request for refund.
